I saw it FDFS...i was gonna post my review right after watchin it, but i didn't know if anyone would actually read....

anyways, i echo similar sentiments as u..It was very disappointing..i enjoyed the first 25-30 mins of it...at that time, i thought it was gonna be a classic, but then it all fell apart...The terrorism angle really ruined the movie...and his journey all over USA was supposed to be moving, but it didn't move me one bit...That Georgia hurricane scene was just laughable...I didn't feel for the characters one bit at all...Having said that, it's not a bad movie by any means but falls wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy short of expectations...on the bright side, SRK rocked the show...It's def. one of his top 3 performances for sure......IF the movie was half as good as his performance, it woulda been remembered for years to come..too bad, the movie was nowhere near as good as his performance...Kajol was fantastic as well...SRK-Kajol jodi still rocks...overall, it's just an average movie..don't go by the reviews...

He should make movies where he is comfortable ...to prove that he can make different and serious kind of flicks he is messing up i think...have to watch the movie though...

i completely second that..its better to repeatedly do what u r good at than trying to prove a point by doing something different and eventually faling at it..

he said he is going to make a similar flick now..i will alwayz want srk to be in karans films but if its a kkhh type movie then i think srk is too old for it..

I too saw it ppl..on the first day itself..

i share the same kind of feelings..knew it wudnt work..esp bcos the way he started the journey and the reason that made him do it wasnt strong enuff..there was no impact at all..
what was karan and that story and dialogue writer thinking..even i can write a more eventful middle portion for that film!
and then by the time that flood scene was planted it turned out right down ridiculous! why they just dont airlift a handful of ppl out of the place than wait for rizwan to come and help them! shibani bhatija shud stop making up stories!

srk sure rocked..bt thats no excuse for the silly film it was..

yes everyone seems to unsatisfied..
though for me there was yet a huge plus point and thats the way srk enacted the role..cant yet get that church speech out of my head...outstanding stuff..
