I would say not a bad film.. woull like to give it a 3.5/5

its the most toned down film karan johar has directed.
yes, it was slightly messed up in the first half after the initial 40 mins or so, and in parts of second half but it is a noble film with lots of sincerity and has some excellent moments..
but what kept it going for me was one man - SRK.. i think that sums up his performances.. he was fanatabulous
Kajol was just about okay.. was expecting a good one from her but she dissapoints

glad that u liked it, but it disappointed me big time...If it wasn't for SRK's extraordinary performance, I woulda given it a much less rating...SRK needs to do more movies like this..

nice review..and i agree abt kajol..didnt make much of an impact..but may be the role didnt allow her to..wonder how she agreed to star in this film coz the film focussed entirely on srks character..though having said that was outsatnding in her emotional breakdown when her son dies..

ok.. but i thought she was at her worst when she broke down when her son died.. i donyt understand why actors need to scream their lungs out to show their acting talent..

Agree that Kajol over reacted too much...also the way ************spoilers************
Srk-kajol depart was not natural and looked forced...not very convincing..

I jus tht the film had a good messg.. i was crying though out the movie.. some how u cld feel for the characters.. even though i found the president thing very funny.. i tht they cld hav made it somethg els.. its nt all a bad movie.. I liked the movie for wat its trying to say..
