Haven't watched MNIK so can't say...but looks like MNIK is better

Although I m not a big fan of MNIK, I must say that it's infinitely better than KANK...I couldn't wait for KANK to be over when I watched it...At least, I didn't have that feeling for MNIK...Plus, MNIK has one of SRK's best ever performances...but in KANK, he overacted and hammed to the extreme...so I go for MNIK definitely..

i love kank..
u knw why i didnt like mnik is bcoz it was so unlike other karan johar films..the emotional aspect was toned down a bit too much making the movie bland..i seriously missed a lot of stuff like say the use of background music,dramatic scenes and many other things for which i was a fan of kjp..the movie failed to touch me..cudnt feel for the characters...
though on a positive note its the first time he made full use of srks potential..

i think the best thing about mnik was it never focussed too much on the dramatic scenes..

Just watched and I think I will rate it between 3-3.25 as now....not sure....far superior to kank...srk was good but not in his top 5 performances....ddlj, swades, dil se, cdi, baazigar, darr, devdas are his best...may be mnik will come after that...
Unexpectedly in spite of being more dramatic I liked 2nd half more...overall good but a different director would have done much much better with this

yes, mnik for me too

talking about kank, i thought it was alright when i watched it first, although its first half was terrible.. second half made up for it but i cannot watch it again when it comes on television.
